In this role at Magna, you will provide Application Engineering support for New Program Launches while collaborating with various teams throughout the design process. Your expertise in automotive development and familiarity with tools such as GD&T and DVP&R will facilitate the successful launch and optimization of innovative products. You'll play an instrumental role in ensuring designs meet both customer and internal specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new automotive product launch engineering

• Audit designs for compliance and best practices

• Participate in critical design reviews and issue resolution

• Collaborate on DFM/DFA projects with Manufacturing teams

• Lead root cause analysis and action implementations

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma required

• Preferred P.Eng. designation or equivalent

• Experience in automotive product development strongly desired

• Proficient in APQP, FMEA, and other engineering tools

• Flexibility for travel and valid passport
