Position: Sheet Metal Design Specialist at Modern Niagara
Elevate HVAC projects with Modern Niagara as a Sheet Metal Design Development Specialist. Collaborate with teams to enhance duct systems for efficient airflow and installation.

As a key player in the Design Management Team, you'll focus on creating coordinated and cost-effective ductwork designs. Your expertise will improve constructability and reduce project risks, ensuring that all aspects of air distribution systems meet high standards before installation begins. Interacting closely with engineers and VDC teams will be vital for success in this 10+ years industry role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sheet metal design initiatives to meet project goals

• Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide insights

• Review technical submissions for duct sizing and layouts

• Propose value engineering alternatives for efficiency

• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams for seamless design

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker or equivalent

• 10+ years' experience in sheet metal construction

• Strong knowledge of HVAC air distribution systems

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and BIM software

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for design challenges
