Sterling Industries is excited to welcome an Engineering Co-op student to the Process Development team for an 8-month term starting Fall 2026. You will work on optimization, documentation, and continuous improvements in manufacturing processes tailored for medical devices. This role is perfect for driven students looking to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with optimization of manufacturing processes and tools

• Help conduct process characterization and troubleshooting

• Participate in quality-focused LEAN improvement initiatives

• Create and maintain process documentation and reports

• Conduct data analysis to enhance engineering productivity

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering program

• Strong interest in medical device innovation

• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with CAD software preferred

• Previous experience in a regulated environment is a plus
