Position: MEP Design Automation Manager Role

In this permanent role, you will utilize your MEP design experience to lead BIM coordination efforts with a focus on spatial accuracy and serviceability. Ideal candidates will have a solid background managing Autodesk Revit models and ensuring effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, all while overseeing several project phases from SD50 to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Autodesk Revit models for MEP and equipment room designs

• Perform clash detection and manage BIM coordination workflows

• Enforce BIM execution standards and model health practices

• Automate workflows with Dynamo for early-stage feasibility analysis

• Translate engineering parameters into intelligent BIM outputs

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of MEP design coordination experience

• Proficient in Autodesk tools, including Revit and Navisworks

• Understanding of BIM best practices and ISO 19650

• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Excel for project management

• Hands-on experience utilizing Dynamo for Revit
