In this role, you will leverage your Chemical Engineering degree and 3-5 years in e-coat/paint facilities. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. You will research and develop new coatings, oversee testing processes, and establish quality control programs to ensure compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and test new coatings systems and chemical titrations
• Conduct research for process improvement in coating applications
• Oversee all testing related to e-coat and powder coat lines
• Manage quality control programs and operating procedures
• Supervise lab technicians and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• University degree in Chemical Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in e-coat or paint facilities
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CAD and coating processes is an asset
