Position: CAD Technician Role in Manufacturing Design
Join fluidconcepts as a Junior CAD Technician to enhance your design skills in the manufacturing sector. This role emphasizes communication and CAD proficiency for effective manufacturing documentation.

Reporting directly to the Product Design Manager, this role relies on a combination of teamwork and independent productivity. Your tasks will primarily involve generating CAD models, assembly instructions, and managing material data for Purchasing. Familiarity with CNC machining will be beneficial as you work closely with the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design drawings from specifications

• Prepare assembly instructions and layout documents

• Create accurate Bills of Materials

• Support material preparation using Excel

• Check drawings and documentation for accuracy

Requirements:

• Proficient in CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD)

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Educational background in Industrial Design or CAD Technology

• Capable of logical reasoning and mathematical calculations

• Maintain a professional and proactive attitude
