Position: Automotive Manufacturing Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise manufacturing process design initiatives

• Develop, maintain, and execute new equipment plans

• Facilitate training for manufacturing staff on new processes

• Lead NCR and 8D corrective actions for production issues

• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of automotive engineering experience

• Familiarity with industry standards: ISO
14001 and QS9000

• Proficiency in CAD and statistical problem-solving tools

• Ability to communicate fluently in English
