Our company, recognized for high-pressure die casting solutions, is seeking a technician with 3-5 years of applicable experience in automation and robotics.

Your role will be crucial for maintaining system integrity through backup management of PLCs and robotics programming, compliance with standards, and equipment maintenance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and log backups of PLC and robot programs

• Oversee maintenance of critical robotic hardware spares

• Develop PLC and automation programs for new jobs

• Assist with root cause analysis and troubleshooting

• Create training materials for staff on robotic procedures

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in the automation field

• Proficiency in Siemens S7 and ABB Robots

• Understanding of electricity regulations in Ontario

• Strong data analysis abilities

• Must be open to travel for support
