As a Product Engineering Lead, you will manage a skilled team within the Energetic Assemblies Value Stream. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, mentoring skills, and project management experience. You will be responsible for product lines, design for manufacturability, and supporting risk assessments, all while driving significant process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers
• Advocate for lean manufacturing processes
• Ensure design manufacturability and project execution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean cell conversion
• Manage customer engagement and problem resolution
Requirements:
• BS/MS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of project or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean principles
• Strong problem-solving and technical writing skills
• U.S. DoD security clearance capability required
