Our client is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team in Vaughan. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys product design, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for supporting new product development, product enhancements, testing, validation, and production support activities. This role involves applying engineering principles to the design, development, and improvement of mechanical and electromechanical products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development and product improvement initiatives

• Prepare concept sketches, detailed drawings, design models, and technical specifications

• Conduct testing, verification, reliability analysis, and root cause investigations

• Develop bills of materials, component specifications, and assembly instructions

• Prepare performance, cost, schedule, and feasibility reports as required

• Collaborate with production, service, and cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing processes

• Assist in the preparation of technical manuals and product documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• 5–7 years of experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and design practices

• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and engineering documentation

• Experience with product design, testing, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
