This position requires you to lead the creation of detailed engineering drawings and models while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with engineers to achieve innovative solutions, driving the continuous improvement of drafting practices in a highly regulated environment. Your skills will contribute directly to the advancement of clean energy initiatives in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process for nuclear facility engineering drawings
• Collaborate on technical documentation with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure design outputs meet quality assurance standards
• Revise and improve drawings based on performance feedback
• Mentor and train team members to enhance skill development
Requirements:
• Over 15 years of drafting experience, especially in nuclear
• Educational background in Engineering Design or a related field
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as Solidworks
• Familiarity with ASME codes and standards
• Able to meet security clearance requirements for nuclear access
