Reporting to the Hardware Manager, the Electrical Designer prepares vital documents like single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams for manufacturing projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient design processes and production accuracy, while following strict safety codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical design packages for manufacturing projects

• Design schematics, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD

• Validate accuracy of wiring diagrams and bills of materials

• Collaborate with engineering teams on project requirements

• Update designs for efficiency and compliance

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 2 years using AutoCAD

• Strong interpretation skills for engineering drawings

• Knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
