Dillon’s Land Development Business Unit is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager/Designer to join their collaborative team. Your responsibilities include leading site plan projects and offering engineering support while ensuring quality assurance throughout project phases. Engage directly with clients, agencies, and junior staff, enhancing their skills and fostering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site plan and subdivision project management

• Coordinate detailed design activities across various engineering sectors

• Facilitate communication with clients and regulatory agencies

• Ensure quality during construction and post-construction activities

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Minimum of 5 years of civil project management experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management

• Experience with urban land development projects
