Position: Electrical Design Expert Wanted at Crown TS
Crown Technical Systems in Vaughan, ON, seeks an Electrical Designer focusing on innovative electrical systems. This role involves designing electrical schematics for state-of-the-art power distribution solutions using AutoCAD.

As an Electrical Designer reporting to the Hardware Manager, your primary responsibility will include the creation and validation of design packages, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficiency improvements. The collaborative nature of this role allows for direct interaction with engineers to resolve design queries and optimize manufacturing processes based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical layouts and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD

• Generate and validate bills of materials for accuracy

• Review and modify designs per production feedback

• Work closely with engineering and production teams

• Produce “as-built” drawings for customer records

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years’ experience with AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of electrical safety codes

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Hands-on MV switch gear testing experience preferred
