Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth new product transitions to Operations

• Estimate and quote for molding equipment

• Address customer quality rejections and corrective actions

• Co-lead monthly readiness reports for management

• Ensure comprehensive training and communication on launches
Requirements:

• Engineering degree in relevant field

• Over 5 years of engineering experience

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Proven ability in process control and improvements

• Experience in developing process flow documentation
