At GEI, we seek an experienced leader to oversee critical water modelling initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic analysis and familiarity with tools like WaterCAD and Infowater Pro. You will manage project delivery and provide strategic directions while guiding junior team members to excel in their roles and support robust water servicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct complex water modelling studies for municipal projects

• Oversee model development and calibration processes

• Provide technical leadership for environmental assessments

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

• Mentor junior staff, promoting technical excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering

• Minimum 15 years in water resources modelling

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario required

• Strong knowledge of GTA municipal standards

• Excellent communication for diverse audiences
