Electrical Engineering Technologist Onsite Role

Systematix is in search of a skilled Electrical Engineering Technologist to contribute to the development of innovative electrical hardware. This hands-on role focuses on prototyping and testing in a collaborative environment.

Join Systematix's multidisciplinary Hardware Product Development team to support the development of advanced scientific instrumentation. You'll engage closely with Electrical Designers while building testing fixtures and handling electronic assembly tasks. The position requires a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in fast-paced prototyping settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build electrical test fixtures and cable harnesses

• Develop and operate engineering-grade test equipment

• Perform SMD and through-hole soldering

• Assist in electronic component procurement

• Support prototype development and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent

• Hands-on experience in rapid-prototyping environments

• Proficiency in building custom electronic test fixtures

• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
