Position: Avionics Engineer for Unmanned Aerial Systems
Join Volatus Aerospace as an Avionics Engineer, where you will be integral to developing unmanned aerial systems. This onsite role involves hands-on avionics integration, testing, and diagnostics.

In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with flight operations to build reliable aircraft systems. You’ll engage in troubleshooting and programming while utilizing your expertise with various electronics and sensor systems. We're looking for detail-oriented engineers who excel in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot flight controllers including Pixhawk

• Integrate sensors like IMUs and cameras for improved accuracy

• Optimize power systems through current profiling

• Write integration scripts using Python or C

• Diagnose system-level issues with advanced tools

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals

• Basic scripting experience with Python or C

• Soldering skills with heat-sensitive components

• Familiarity with MAVLink and other UAV protocols

• Robotics or personal drone project experience valued
