As a full-time Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the production of automotive hinges and mechanisms. The position requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in welding and precision manufacturing. Your contributions will focus on continuous improvement and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Attend quote meetings and develop cost estimates
• Champion open issues and document follow-ups
• Support customer visits and maintain professionalism
• Develop process-related documentation and training
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma from a recognized institution
• 5+ years in process or manufacturing engineering
• Expertise in metal forming, welding, and heat treatment
• Proficiency in Six Sigma tools for problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
