Become part of WSP’s GTA Buildings Mechanical & Electrical Transportation Group and report directly to the BIM Manager. This role focuses on delivering HVAC modeling and facilitating design workflows that support innovation and excellence within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate 3D models for various mechanical systems
• Provide support for equipment sizing and detailed modeling
• Create and prepare precise drawing packages
• Model plumbing and natural gas piping systems
• Assist with design automation and standard improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant BIM modelling experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM management tools
• Experience with BIM standards and digital production
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and code compliance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
