VIP Host (Gaming)
About the Role:

We’re looking for a VIP Host, an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage strong relationships with VIP players
- Provide personalized support and handle escalated issues
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver custom offers and rewards
- Maintain accurate account information and manage sensitive data with discretion
- Gather feedback to help improve the overall player experience
- 2+ years of experience in VIP support, hospitality, or customer success (gaming industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and highly customer‑focused
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
