Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP players
• Own revenue growth and retention strategies
• Design and roll out new VIP program tiers and perks
• Resolve escalated VIP issues effectively
• Manage accurate records of VIP player accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in customer success or VIP management
• Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
