What You’ll Do
Meet with families, listen deeply, and uncover the stories that matter most.
Discern and recommend meaningful ceremony options — readings, music, rituals, or creative elements — tailored to each family.
Design and officiate personalized ceremonies that celebrate life and provide healing.
Have confidence in making changes as required to ensure that the Celebration of Life meets the needs of the family.
Coordinate with funeral directors and service providers to ensure smooth experiences.
Prepare keepsake copies of ceremonies for families to treasure.
MINIMUM Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong listening, empathy, and discernment skills.
Comfort in both indoor and outdoor environments; ability to officiate ceremonies in varied conditions.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
Experience
Familiar with company guidelines, procedures and policies
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Conditions
Frequent standing and sitting for extended periods.
Local travel between service locations.
