Stage Manager s Wonderland

As part of Canada’s Wonderland, you will manage daily operations at the theater, ensuring staff are trained and policies followed. Your leadership will support performers, crew, and supervisors, maintaining the artistic intent of each show. This position involves communicating with team members daily for seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational needs of theater productions

• Supervise and train staff for policy adherence

• Work with performers to uphold artistic intent

• Communicate effectively with staff and managers

• Deliver outstanding experiences for guests

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or graduated from a technical theatre program

• Basic technical knowledge of theatre procedures

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
