As a Stage Manager, you will coordinate the operational needs of designated show venues while managing and training staff to uphold policies. You will work directly with entertainers and other supervisors to maintain the artistic vision of productions, making each guest's experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations of theatre and event venues
• Train and supervise staff for policy adherence
• Collaborate with performers and Entertainment Supervisors
• Communicate daily with staff and Department Managers
• Ensure smooth operation continuity in the department
Requirements:
• Enrolled in or graduated from a technical theatre program
• Understanding of theatre procedures and technical knowledge
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
