Venue & Event Coordinator

W Event Boutique is a modern, versatile event venue in Vaughan, hosting  weddings, social celebrations, corporate events and private functions .

We're looking for a  Venue Coordinator  to join our team and help deliver exceptional events from the planning stage through event day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is  organized, professional, detail-oriented and thrives in the fast-paced world of events .

Key Responsibilities

Support clients, planners and vendors throughout the event process

Assist with Sales, site tours, event meetings and event documentation

Coordinate venue setup, timelines and vendor access

Ensure the venue is event-ready and professionally presented

Support event-day operations and client experience

Coordinate with catering, bar, AV, décor and other event partners

Conduct pre- and post-event venue inspections

Ensure venue policies, procedures and standards are followed

Communicate event details clearly with the internal team

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

We're Looking For
Someone who is  reliable, proactive, organized, client-focused, customer-centric, and comfortable taking ownership in a live event environment.  Previous venue, hospitality or event experience is an asset.

Evening and weekend availability is required.
