The Financial Analyst reports to the Plant Controller and provides support to plant accounting and manufacturing.

• Assist with monthly closing, reconciliations and daily maintenance cost reports.
• Collaborate with teams to improve profitability and standardize processes.
• Track capital project costs and coordinate inventory processes.
• Analyze fixed cost expenditures and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and provide analytical support to the Senior Controller.
• Produce monthly financial reports and analyze results for variance reporting.

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, processes, and controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel – must be able to create reports from large amounts of data.
• Detail‑oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Base salary range $62,000 – $67,000 CAD annually, based on experience.
