This full‑time hybrid role, based in Vaughan, ON, allows for flexibility with some work‑from‑home opportunities. As a Mortgage Agent, you will assist clients in assessing their financial situations, identifying suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the mortgage approval process. You will build and manage a client base, establish professional relationships with lenders, and offer expert advice to help clients achieve their home ownership goals.

Ongoing tasks include gathering documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing effective marketing strategies to expand client reach. Collaboration and excellent client service will be key aspects of daily responsibilities.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and its practices
• Experience with Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Lending
• Skill in Mortgages and knowledge of different mortgage products
• Experience with Mortgage Marketing and promoting relevant financial services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer‑focused service capabilities
• Goal‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proficient in handling financial documents and knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Canadian Mortgage Agent licensing is required.
