We are seeking a visionary Director, Private Capital Markets to partner directly with the Vice President and other team members on the execution of raising capital through our Retail channel.

• Capital Raise: Sourcing, engaging, and closing capital from investors
• Network Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals stemming from your personal network and our marketing channel
• Investment Process: Optimize and support Lankin’s robust sales funnel.
• Sales Process: Leverage our CRM for sales efficiency and sales processes
• Business Building: Scale the business for significant growth over the next 12 – 18 months and beyond
• Referral Networks: Working with investors, building our referral networks and earning referrals from existing investor relationships.
• Presentations & Roadshows: Deliver compelling presentations and attend investor roadshows and networking events
• Collaboration: Work closely with the firm’s leadership, marketing and investment teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, investor preferences, and competitor activities to effectively position investment products within the market.

• Canadian Investment background is a must.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in capital markets/investment distribution sales.
• Experience raising capital through real estate funds or related private market investments is preferred.
• Proven track record of raising capital successfully and building strong referral networks.
• Extremely strong presentation skills, with experience delivering high-impact presentations to retail investors.
• Exceptional communication and sales negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate market is strongly preferred.
