Position: Senior Financial Analyst - FP+A

About the Opportunity   Establish strong relationships with Regional Operations Directors
Working to deliver the annual budgets and periodic forecasts for that region
Collaborate with the relevant FP&A team and work closely with Corporate FP&A functions
Develop and circulate relevant KPIs and tools for the field team to drive operational improvement
Measure the clinic performance against defined budgets, forecasts, and operational targets
Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and timely reporting to the FP&A team on weekly or monthly basis
About You   Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline
Minimum 3 to 4 years of previous accounting, finance
CFA or CPA is a strong asset
Proven strong financial modeling skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI
Basic knowledge of developing query/coding for data analytics, such as SQL, DAX, etc.
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize and report information
Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000/year
