Location: Vaughan, ON (4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and improve day-to-day finance operations across P2P, O2C, expenses, and vendor payments to ensure accurate, timely execution and close readiness.
  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and controls to support reliable execution and audit readiness.
  • Act as an operational owner for SAP and Concur, supporting compliant workflows, user adoption, and system readiness, including future-state migrations.
  • Serve as the primary finance operations liaison with shared services, coordinating deliverables, resolving issues, and driving service performance improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and US teams to enable compliant spend, efficient workflows, and clear financial visibility while maintaining strong controls.
What You Bring
  • 7 - 10+ years experience in finance or financial operations within a growing organization, including familiarity with shared services
  • Experience working with ERP and expense management systems
  • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional, non-finance teams
  • Exposure to cross-border or international business environments is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively with evolving systems and internal tools, adapting processes as needed
  • Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
