TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Woodbridge, Ontario, processing financial transactions and recommending banking solutions during 15 scheduled hours. Build positive interactions through accurate service and clear advice.

As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal and Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. The position also involves resolving concerns, promoting banking services, and supporting team effectiveness.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
• Support team effectiveness and operational improvements

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet knowledge
• Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and courteous communication
