Senior FP&A and Accounting Analyst

Use financial planning and accounting expertise at First Quality, supporting forecasts, reporting, controls, and daily operations in an on-site office environment.

The Senior Financial Analyst combines financial planning and analysis with general accounting oversight. This hands-on position supports plant leadership and functional teams throughout month-end close. It also advances accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation
• Build financial models supporting strategic business objectives
• Identify cost savings and operational improvement opportunities
• Review purchase orders and accounts payable processing
• Support statutory filings, audits, and tax inquiries

• Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• CPA designation or enrollment considered an asset
