Turn financial data into actionable insights as a Corporate Financial Analyst in Vaughan, Ontario, supporting monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.
KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst for a 20-month maternity leave contract. You will support corporate finance and accounting teams across KIK divisions and functional teams. The work combines financial reporting, data analysis, accounting reconciliations, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform monthly financial close activities for accurate, timely reporting
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Analyze ERP and financial reporting data
- Investigate accounting discrepancies with finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft Office proficiency
- Accuracy when working with large datasets
- Organization, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
