Licensed Hairstylist

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, friendly, and passionate Hairdresser & Esthetician to join our growing salon team. If you enjoy helping clients look and feel their best while providing outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

• Provide professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Perform esthetic services such as facials, waxing, threading, skincare treatments, and other beauty services based on your qualifications.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty, hair, and skincare trends and techniques.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product recommendations
• Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions
• Experience with retail sales and front desk operations preferred
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $17.20-$30.20 per hour
