Cogir Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Active Living Aide to enhance the lives of retirees. You will collaborate with the Active Living Manager to plan, organize, and implement meaningful activities. This position involves direct interaction with seniors, ensuring their happiness and well-being through varied programs and outings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing resident programs

• Drive residents to scheduled outings and activities

• Maintain department records and evaluations

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Participate in ongoing education and team meetings

Requirements:

• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent

• Experience working with seniors in a care setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid provincial driver's license required

• Must provide current Vulnerable Sector Check
