Position: Talent Acquisition Partner (Bilingual)
Toromont Cat is looking for an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner (English / French) to work closely with business leaders and lead strategic, full-cycle recruitment. This position will effectively source, evaluate and hire top talent into Toromont while ensuring and excellent customer and candidate experience. This critical position will ensure that strategic hiring initiatives achieved.

Demonstrate safe, respectful, environmentally sound and healthy workplace behaviours at all timesEffectively manage full cycle recruiting for designated client groupsWork closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, provide insights and implement effective talent acquisition strategiesUse platforms like Indeed, Linked In and ATS (e.g., UKG/Ultipro) to build talent pipelinesRepresent the business and our brand at job fairs and networking events.Maintain candidate progression through recruiting stages in ATS, and forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner for effective reporting.Deliver a superior customer experience to all stakeholdersUndertake other relevant assignments as required in support of talent acquisitionMust-haves for this role:
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technical or industrial sector; preferably with experience recruiting for skilled tradesBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area of studyEffective bilingual (English/French) communicator with the ability to manage and meet business leader expectationsStrong interpersonal, organizational, influencing, and time management skillsMetrics driven with demonstrated expertise using ATS’s and other relatedAbility to occasionally travel and represent Toromont at talent acquisition or related eventsAbout Toromont Cat
