WSIB & Disability Coordinator in Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage WSIB claims from start to finish

• Develop and implement return-to-work plans

• Monitor case progress and track claim costs

• Facilitate accommodation plans in line with legislations

• Support workplace injury prevention initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Occupational Health, or related field

• 3-5 years of WSIB claims management experience

• Knowledge of disability management legislation

• Preferred experience in manufacturing union environments

• Professional certifications like CDMP or CRSP are an asset
