As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include providing guidance on HR policies, supporting production supervisors, and resolving employee grievances. This role will require a keen focus on engagement initiatives while leveraging AI technology to optimize HR processes. Work closely with leaders to foster an inclusive environment, ensuring compliance and effective communication throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary HR contact for employees

• Manage attendance and employee relations concerns

• Drive onboarding and administrative support

• Conduct analysis of HR metrics for insights

• Collaborate on HR initiatives with business leaders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Human Resources or related degree

• Familiarity with labor relations and legislation

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Digital literacy in HRIS and Microsoft tools
