This strategic role serves as a consultant for Axonify leadership, allowing you to align People & Culture strategies with overarching business objectives. You will focus on workforce planning and talent management while promoting Axonify's values. Your expertise will enable you to drive impactful initiatives that foster a culture of high performance and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with senior leadership for effective talent strategies
• Create optimized organizational structures for sustained growth
• Coach leaders to develop their capabilities
• Collaborate on People & Culture initiatives for seamless implementation
• Lead key annual programs like compensation reviews
Requirements:
• At least 5 years as an HR business partner or similar experience
• Proven ability to implement creative talent strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in coaching and facilitation
• Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment
