As a Co-op student in Leadership Development and Succession, you play a vital role within Definity's collaborative culture. You'll assist in managing internal communications, analyzing program data, and developing engaging presentation materials. This role is designed for those eager to make impactful contributions to the leadership growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal leadership communications and inquiries
• Maintain and analyze leadership program spreadsheets
• Design presentations for leadership development courses
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and employee events
• Assist with additional projects as required
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or a related program
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual English and French considered an asset
