Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this position supports workforce requirements by coordinating the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective recruitment skills, along with proficiency in managing recruitment metrics to influence hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete recruitment cycle for designated roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs

• Prepare and analyze metrics to inform recruitment strategies

• Source and screen candidates from various platforms

• Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews and onboarding

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline

• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment

• Skilled in ATS and generating recruitment reports

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

• Experience in handling sensitive information with care
