Key Responsibilities:
• Drive workforce planning and forecasting initiatives
• Analyze talent availability and optimize deployment
• Deliver insights supporting organizational effectiveness
• Assist in M&A activities and reporting
• Collaborate with various HR and business leaders
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in analytics, workforce, or people analytics
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Experience with workforce transformation initiatives
• Capability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality
