In this crucial Analyst position, you'll support compensation programs ensuring equity and alignment with business goals. Conducting market research, managing pay equity analysis, and preparing salary recommendations will be key functions. You'll also engage in audits, reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Total Rewards program delivery and management
• Conduct market research and analyze pay equity
• Prepare salary recommendations and adjustment requests
• Assist in labor budget and headcount reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years in compensation and job evaluation
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in unionized environments is a plus
