LMS Coordinator at Reena

In this newly created position, the Learning Management System Coordinator will oversee Reena's Learning Management System and the administration of learning programs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining training records, troubleshooting LMS issues, and ensuring compliance in training processes. This position requires a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support employees and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer day-to-day LMS operations and configurations

• Provide first-level support for learner inquiries and issues

• Maintain accurate records of training compliance and completion

• Generate operational and compliance reports as needed

• Support the setup and administration of courses within the LMS

Requirements:

• Three-year diploma or degree in relevant field

• Minimum one year of experience with LMS or education administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS technologies

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
