KPMG is seeking an HR Delivery Centre Manager to supervise a dedicated HRDC team. This role requires 2–3 years of leadership experience in HR service delivery, preferably in a shared services context. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement process optimization strategies while aligning with national HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise HRDC team performance in line with KPIs
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance HR operations
• Manage escalated inquiries from HRDC EXL and onshore teams
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support business strategy
• Prepare data reports measuring HRDC service quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–3 years leading HR services or operational support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
