Summary:

The successful candidate will own the engine behind revenue growth by managing and optimizing CRM, data, and lead operations across D365 and Active Campaign. You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights by driving database growth, smart segmentation, lead scoring, and seamless handoffs between marketing and sales. From high-impact events to SEO and web analytics, you’ll ensure every interaction is captured, measured, and converted into pipeline.

This is a full time permanent role based out of our Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day CRM administration across D365 and Active Campaign, including data architecture, field mapping, permissions and integrations.
  • Establish data governance standards covering duplications, validation, enrichment and retention.
  • Build custom CRM objects, fields, views and dashboards for sales, marketing and customer success.
  • Partner with IT and Sales Ops on CRM roadmap and migrations.
  • Drive growth of owned prospect and customer databases via Web, events, partners and gated content.
  • Build segmentation models using firmographic, behavioural, product and lifecycle data.
  • Monitor database health metrics and implement progressive profiling and data enrichment.
  • Collaborate with demand generation to identify and activate high-value segments.
  • Design and optimize lead scoring, qualifications, routing and territory assignment.
  • Manage lead lifecycle stages, SLAs and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Analyze lead flow performance, conversation rates and sales acceptance.
  • Deliver recurring reports on lead quality, response times and pipeline impact.
  • Support tradeshows, dealer events and factory tours form registration through follow up.
  • Own digital registration, lead capture, CRM ingestion and data labelling.
  • Execute pre-event email campaigns and ensure timely sales follow-up.
  • Track event ROI, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Coordinate with agency on SEO execution, keywords and technical priorities.
  • Monitor GA4, Search Console and SEMrush for traffic and conversion trends.
  • Identify website issues impacting lead capture or CRM data flow.
  • Support content team with SEO metadata and gated asset URL structure.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations or data management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (D365, Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar).
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, data modeling and segmentation logic.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Active Campaign, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and process-thinking mindset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, IT and marketing teams.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4, Search Console and SEO fundamental.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Zoom Info, Clearbit, Apollo).
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles, account hierarchies and multi-touch attribution.
  • Exposure to ABM platforms, intent data sources and event marketing platforms.
