Information Security Manager

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide information security programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SOC-2, TISAX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain secure systems, networks, databases, and cloud environments
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk audits, penetration testing, and log analysis
• Oversee incident response, cyber intelligence, and disaster recovery planning
• Act as a cloud security advisor to project teams, ensuring alignment with security standards
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and security analytics to monitor threats
• Train employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices
• Continuously improve security posture through new tools and technologies

• 7+ years of experience in systems and network security
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong leadership, risk management, and incident response expertise
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred
