Responsibilities Lead and manage enterprise-wide information security programs and initiatives
Ensure compliance with SOC-2, TISAX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
Design, implement, and maintain secure systems, networks, databases, and cloud environments
Perform vulnerability assessments, risk audits, penetration testing, and log analysis
Oversee incident response, cyber intelligence, and disaster recovery planning
Act as a cloud security advisor to project teams, ensuring alignment with security standards
Develop dashboards, reporting, and security analytics to monitor threats
Train employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices
Continuously improve security posture through new tools and technologies
Must have 7+ years of experience in systems and network security
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong leadership, risk management, and incident response expertise
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred
