Job OverviewPSP SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Program Manager – Technology & Compliance to manage and coordinate technology programs in regulated environments. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of technology initiatives with a strong focus on Canadian compliance, security, and risk management.
The Program Manager will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure PSP Services Inc. systems, processes, and platforms meet Canadian regulatory and industry standards, while also supporting international operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver technology programs from initiation to completion
- Coordinate activities across engineering, product, compliance, security, and operations teams
- Lead and support compliance initiatives related to FINTRAC (AML/KYC), Interac, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 9001
- Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, including evidence collection and remediation tracking
- Maintain program schedules, risk registers, documentation, and executive status reports
- Ensure technology initiatives align with Canadian regulatory, security, and data protection requirements
- Work with internal teams and external vendors on compliance and technology projects
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and elevate when required
- Support continuous improvement of compliance controls and delivery processes
- Collaborate with Canadian and international teams as part of day-to-day program delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project or program management
- Experience working in regulated environments such as fintech, payments, or SaaS
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software development and technology initiatives
- FINTRAC / AML / KYC
- Interac compliance
- PCI DSS
- SOC 2 and ISO-based management systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent internationally recognized project management certification
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage complex technology programs with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Professional Canadian workplace environment
- Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
- Role requires strong attention to detail, compliance discipline, and accountability
This position requires practical, hands-on experience managing technology programs under Canadian regulatory frameworks. International experience is considered an asset due to PSP Services Inc. distributed teams and external partners.
